Defect

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2020 Crusader CSF395BHL recreational trailers. The rear ladder may block the window on the rear wall, preventing the window from being used as an emergency exit.

Consequence

If the rear window cannot be used to exit the vehicle during an emergency, there would be an increased risk of injury.

Remedy

Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will replace the rear window, free of charge. The recall began March 3, 2020. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-862-1025. Forest River's number for this recall is 49-1137.
