No accounts, no forms. The site has no login, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to read any page.

Usage analytics.Like most websites, we collect aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring site — to understand what's useful and to keep the site fast and reliable. This data is used in aggregate and is not sold.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.

The complaint, recall, investigation, and rating records shown on this site come from the public U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) datasets. Where a complaint narrative might contain personal details, we automatically strip vehicle identification numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses before display, as described in our methodology.

You can browse anonymously, block cookies, and use browser “Do Not Track” or privacy features at any time. To ask what data we hold, request deletion, or raise any privacy question, email support@vehicleverdict.app.
