“BRAKES FAILED BUT ENGINE REVVED UP. HARDER I PUSHED THE BRAKES, THE CAR INCREASED SPEED. ON MOST OCCASIONS, I WAS ABLE TO COAST TO A STOP OR USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE.
