“I WAS INVOLVED IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT WHILE MY CAR WAS IN MOTION ON A CITY STREET. MY CAR WOULD NOT BRAKE AT THE RED LIGHT CAUSING A COLLISION WITH AN INTERSECTING VEHICLE. MY FRONT IS DAMAGED AND THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE. CAR COLLIDED TWICE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.”
