Defect

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Montana, 2021-2022 Montana High Country, 2022-2024 Fuzion, 2021 Crossroads Cruiser, and 2024 Dutchmen Aspen Trail LOFT vehicles. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.

Consequence

A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers can remove the LED backlights or terminate the circuit for the red LED lights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 2, 2024. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 24-452.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Carbon, Fuzion, Impact, and Raptor travel trailers. The fuel station controller may fail.

Consequence

A failure of the fuel station controller increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect the circuit protection and install a 15-amp fuse and a box to protect the fuel station controller, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 5, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-439.

Defect

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Alpine, Avalanche, 2020-2023 Fuzion and Impact travel trailers. The hydraulic leveling leg foot pads may become loose and separate from the vehicle.

Consequence

A foot pad that separates during transit can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect the mounting bolt and reinstall with thread locking adhesive, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-437.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022 Alpine, Impact, Arcadia, Avalanche, Fuzion, and Passport travel trailers, equipped with a 50-amp shore power inlet. The power inlet lug bolts may have been manufactured with excessively hard metal, preventing them from being tightened properly and resulting in a loose wiring connection.

Consequence

Loose wiring can cause an electrical arc or short, increasing the risk of fire.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the power inlet, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-428.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022 Keystone Arcadia, Carbon, Alpine, Avalanche, Cougar, Fuzion, High Country Montana, Hideout, Impact, Montana, Outback, Passport, Raptor, Springdale, and 2021-2022 Sprinter and Bullet fifth wheel and travel trailers. The solar controller may be incorrectly wired, causing certain components and safety alarms, such as carbon monoxide and propane gas detectors, to become inoperable.

Consequence

Inoperable safety alarms increase the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect voltage readings and correct the wiring as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 2, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-423.

The frame has broke on this camper, Keystone knows it has an issue with the welding not being correct, they sent out a TSB for this because of the large number of incidences. This then causes many other items to break when frame is broke, including slide outs, roofs and doors and interior walls.…
