CRACK MAY DEVELOP ON STEERING ARM THAT COULD PROGRESS AND REDUCE THE FATIGUE LIFE OF THE STEERING ARM.
Consequence
STEERING ARM COULD FAIL WITHOUT WARNING RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND POSSIBLY A CRASH.
Remedy
INSTALL A REDESIGNED STEERING ARM.
