Defect

McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2020-2022 STD Mixer and Bridgemaster Mixer Trucks. The labels that provide instructions to the operator on the proper operation of the mixer's functions were not installed.

Consequence

The operator may not be aware of the proper operation of the mixer's functions, increasing the risk of an injury.

Remedy

McNeilus will inspect and install any missing labels, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on July 18, 2022. Owners may contact McNeilus' customer service at 1-888-868-7278.
