“WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE, SUDDENLY IT ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED BUT WOULD NOT ENGAGE CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A CAR AND THEN INTO A ROCK WALL. THE PASSENGER SUFFERED INJURIES TO HER BACK. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED FOR THE INCIDENT.”
