“AFTER GOING SIDEWAYS INTO A VERY STEEP DITCH, BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER FRONT SIDE AIRBAG CHARGES WENT OFF, BUT NEITHER AIRBAG DEPLOYED. THE SEAT BELT LOCKED SO TIGHT THAT I COULDN'T REACH THE DOOR HANDLE OR WINDOW SWITCH, OR UNBUCKLE THE SEAT BELT TO EXIT THE VEHICLE.”
