Consequence
FRACTURED UPPER HUB CASTING COULD RESULT IN LOSS OFSTEERING CONTROL WITHOUT WARNING AND AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
REMOVE AND REPLACE THE UPPER HUB CASTING AND INSTALL A HUB PLATE.
