THE V BELT PULLEY, WHICH DRIVES THE HYDRAULIC PUMP PROVIDING POWER ASSIST FOR STEERING AND HYDRAULIC BRAKES, CAN FAIL.

Consequence

LOSS OF POWER ASSIST TO THE STEERING AND POWER ASSIST TOHYDRAULIC BRAKES CAN RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.

Remedy

INSTALL DIFFERENT PULLEY AND REINFORCE POWER STEERING PUMP MOUNTING.
