Defect
AN INTERFERENCE WITH THE FIT OF THE WHEEL TO THE FRONT HUB LUGS COULD RESULT IN LOOSENING OF THE LUG NUTS WHILE DRIVING. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: LOOSENED WHEEL LUG NUTS MAY CAUSE THE WHEEL TO BECOME DETACHED FROM THE MOTORHOME WHICH RESULTS IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
REPLACE WHEEL RIMS WITH RIMS THAT DO NOT INTERFERE.
The record is thin — 0 NHTSA complaints — so owner-report data can't strongly confirm reliability either way, though 2 recalls should be verified as completed.
