“BRAKES FAILED BUT DRIVER PUMPED THE BRAKES ENABLING HER TO DRIVE HOME. SMOKE WAS NOTICED COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE HOOD WAS OPENED AND THE VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE. THE FIRE AND SMOKE WAS IN THE AREA OF THE BRAKE BOOSTER.”
