“WHILE DRIVING THE WINDOW DRIVER SIDE SUDDENLY DROPPED AND SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE DRIVER DOOR PANEL. SMOKE INCREASED RAPIDLY AND HE BEGAN TO EMANATE FROM THE DOOR. ONCE PULLED OVER FLAMES BEGAN COMING THROUGH THE PLASTIC PORTION OF THE DOOR WHERE THE WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK CONTROLS ARE LOCATED.”
